Last updated: October 12, 2026. These terms cover your use of coastaldigitalassets.com (the "site") and the digital products and free services offered by Coastal Digital Assets LLC ("CDA", "we"). By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.
Using the site
You may browse the site and share links to it. Please don't copy large parts of it, scrape it for resale, try to break or overload it, or submit false information through our forms.
Free Local Lead Leak Check
The Leak Check is a free, 15-minute review based on publicly visible information and anything you choose to share. It's an opinion on likely fixes, not a guarantee of leads, rankings or revenue. You're never obligated to buy anything.
Digital products
Operator OS, the Veteran Founder Launch Kit, the Lead Leak Self-Audit Kit and other downloads are sold and delivered through Gumroad. Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the files in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the files or substantial parts of them.
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Gumroad under Gumroad's terms of service. Refund requests are handled through Gumroad and its policies; if something is wrong with your file, email us first and we'll make it right.
Custom work
Done-for-you installs and custom builds are scoped and priced in writing before any work starts. That written agreement governs the work and takes priority over these general terms.
No professional advice
Our content, products and services are educational and operational tools. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial or government-contracting advice. For those decisions, talk to a qualified professional. Information about programs such as SAM.gov or veteran certification can change; always confirm with the official source.
No guarantees
Results depend on your business, market and effort. We don't promise any income, growth, ranking or contract outcome. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
AI-assisted tools
Some products include prompts for AI assistants. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI drafts before you send, sign, post or buy, which is also our first operating rule.
Third-party sites
We link to Gumroad, social networks and government sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update them; the date above shows the latest version.
