What are missed calls costing you?

Where to find your four numbers
Calls per week
Your phone carrier's call log, or your business line's app, shows every inbound call. Count one normal week.
Calls you miss
In the same log, count calls that rang out, went to voicemail or hung up. Divide by total calls. After-hours calls count.
Calls that become jobs
Of the callers you did talk to, how many became a job? If you don't track it, look back at last week's answered calls.
Average job
A typical ticket for your trade. Use a normal repair or service call, not your biggest install.
