What the government charges

Paid by you, straight to the agency. Typical amounts as of October 2026:

  • LLC filing: $125 (annual report $138.75 each year after)
  • Workers' comp construction exemption: $50
  • DBA / fictitious name: $50, if you want one
  • EIN: free from the IRS
  • State contractor exam and license, if your trade needs one: several hundred dollars. We show you the exact fees for your trade.

How we work

    We learn your trade and where you are, and tell you straight which package fits, or if none does.

  2. Homework, then the screen-share

    You bring your name ideas, ID and a card for state fees. You click, we guide.

  3. Build and launch

    We build the site and listings in your accounts, you review once, and it goes live.

  4. Hand-off

    Your Launch Command Center folder has every link, deadline and next step in one place.

Payment is 50% to start and 50% at launch. Quotes are in writing and good for 14 days. No contracts on the monthly services.

Do your prices include the state filing fees?
No. Government fees are paid by you, straight to the state or county, with your own card while we walk you through it. For a trade that doesn't need a state license that is usually about $175 to $240 (LLC $125, workers' comp exemption $50, plus any local business tax). Licensed trades add exam and license fees. We show you the exact fees for your trade before you start.
Will you file my LLC for me?
No, and that's on purpose. You type and submit your own state and IRS filings while we guide you on a screen-share, step by step. It keeps everything in your name and in your hands. We're not a law firm or a CPA and don't give legal or tax advice.
Why start with a new Gmail?
So the business starts clean. Every filing, receipt and account goes to one business inbox you create on the first call, not your personal email. If you move up to Get Found, we set up a professional email on your own domain and bring that inbox over.
Who owns the website and accounts?
You do. Every account is created by you, in your name. We use delegate access only and never ask for passwords or banking details. Cancel site care any time and the site stays yours.
What does Sam do?
Sam is our AI front desk. It answers your forwarded calls 24/7, says it's a virtual assistant, takes each caller's details and flags urgent calls to you. It does not book appointments or transfer calls today. Sam starts when your business is ready to take work.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. If you move from Get Established to Get Found within 30 days, the full $497 counts toward it.
Do you guarantee leads or a license?
No. Nobody honest can. We guarantee the work in the scope you sign, done the way we said.
